Find a job and apply
- Use jobs_search to find vacancies and jobs_get to read a vacancy’s questions, CV requirement and current version.
- Use jobs_manage with operation save_role to save it. Maintain your job profile with save_profile; choose whether to make it discoverable.
- Upload the CV you want to share using files_manage when needed. Your agent can prepare answers from information you provide.
- Use operation apply with the role ID, current role/profile versions, required answers and selected CV ID. The reviewed field records that the submitted information was checked; it does not open another Bris review screen.
- Read the application receipt. Track it with jobs_read, or withdraw with jobs_manage when asked.
These structured applications work for vacancies hosted on Bris. Jobs that send you to an external applicant tracking system keep that service’s application process. Bris does not bypass third-party forms.
Post a vacancy and hire
- Create a draft vacancy with create_role, then set questions and CV requirements with application_fields.
- Upload selected company images if needed. Read the current version and publish with role_state, state open.
- Read applications, submitted answers and authorized CVs. Filter candidates by actual submitted answers or search discoverable profiles.
- Move applications through hiring stages, request introductions or close the vacancy when filled.
Company verification and pricing
Before publishing, use company_start with the company name, HTTPS website and matching work email. Enter the emailed six-digit code with company_verify. This verifies access to that work mailbox, not legal authority to represent the company. One active vacancy at a time is free. Paid limits include the free slot: Starter EUR 19/month for 5 active vacancies, Growth EUR 49 for 20, Pro EUR 119 for 50; Enterprise is a custom quote. Prices exclude applicable tax. employer_checkout accepts tier starter, growth or pro and returns an account-bound checkout link; employer_portal returns the billing management link. Payment needs the person’s action. A lapsed plan keeps the oldest active vacancy public. The billing portal confirms prorated plan changes and cancellation at period end.
Vacancies support Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance, Temporary and Internship. jobs_read export returns paginated applicant records. jobs_manage export_applicants saves a complete CSV or JSON file; files:write is required. Use invite_interview with the exact reviewed subject, message and optional meeting URL. It sends an email, not a calendar booking. Reuse its clientKey for an identical retry.

Use your agent’s own intelligence
Your agent can search, analyze supplied information, write answers and submit applications through ordinary tools. Optional Bris AI helpers such as profile drafting, assessments and scheduled model-based checks require jobs:ai and their applicable Bris service access. They are not required for basic search, saving, posting or applying with a self-reported profile.
Recruiting profiles are private unless made discoverable. Employers see only records they are authorized to access. Do not invent experience, answers or qualifications to fill missing fields.
